i really enjoyed my stay at holiday inn express. the property was very clean and well maintained. the king suite was spacious and comfortable, with great bedding. breakfast had some excellent options like crispy bacon, eggs, and cinnamon rolls to kickstart the day. debora at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. we’ll definitely be back!

The toilets need significant improvements!!! Repairing non-functional gym equipment and addressing cold pool temperatures would enhance comfort for all guests!!! Also, improve the Wi-Fi speeds and provide basic toiletries to create a better stay!!!

I had a practical stay close to many attractions. Plenty of fast food options nearby and a Walmart across the street made things easier. I enjoyed the indoor pool, especially since it was hot during my visit. However, the cleanliness could have been better, as I found some hairs in the refrigerator and bathroom sink.

The housekeeping needs attention. I noticed hairs from either the staff or previous guests in multiple places. This impacted my overall experience.

A tip for future guests is to arrive early for breakfast to snag some of those delicious Cinnabons! 🍩

Just a solid selection for a swift visit in Dallas with incredible value for money. The pool area opened at 6 AM was perfect for my jet lag. Make sure to ask about the breakfast. it’s a decent start to your day.
